The collection is divided into thirteen series and comprises the administrative office records for the college. Types of materials include subject files, personnel files, financial information, and a record of events and exhibitions. Exhibition slides and posters have been digitized and are accessible via LUNA.

The collection consists of subject files from the files in the Office of the Provost. It is arranged alphabetically with the same folder titles used by the office of origin. Additional records were added in 2013 that cover the years 1984 through 2002. These are now Series 2 and 3 and make up the records of Thomas Curry for the most part. Series 1 are records from 1982-1999.
