5. Franco-American Historical Collections

Collection consists of various documents belonging to the organization throughout their existence, as well as related groups with which they interacted. There are financial records, newsletters, magazines, awards, historical write-ups, manuals, mailings, newspaper clippings, and papers from the organization’s district congress.
Collection includes statutes and by-laws, minutes, administrative records, correspondence, financial records and receipts, scholarship records, publications, records of programs and events, and artifacts and ephemera.
The collection includes the club constitution and by-laws, secretary's minutes, correspondence, photographs, treasurer's books, and dues collector's books.
The collection includes the constitution and manifesto of the Fédération, the secretary's records, a list of the members of the 1969-1970 Bureau of Direction, scholarship records, correspondence, banquet programs, newspapers and news clippings, a French translation of the Order of the Mass, and French Christmas Music.

Records were kept by Normand Ouellette, who was the St. George Council president. They consist mostly of flyers sent to members, annual convention materials, and some financial statements from the national organizaiton.
