Portuguese-American Businesses (Southeastern Massachusetts) oral history interviews
This is an open collection with additional interviews being added at the end of each semester the course is taught in. Completed projects include a term paper, interview transcript, field notes, audio recording of the interview, release form, and photographs. Several projects are missing one or more component, as noted on the project spreadsheet.

Scallop Fishing in New Bedford video-recorded interviews
This collection consists of twenty-five VHS recordings of interviews with fishermen, marine biologists, environmental lawyers, and cooking experts. Of note, is an interview of celebrity chef Julia Child in which she discusses the use of the scallop in French cuisine and her role in promoting it.
Philip H. Melanson research papers
The collection consists of photocopies, photos, audio recordings, and slides pertaining to his research into the assassination of Martin Luther King April 4, 1968 (Series I) and the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy on June 5, 1968 (Series II). There are also limited materials (slide talks) on the John F. Kennedy Assassination which took place on November 22, 1963.
