Scope and Contents
The collection consists of correspondence, awards, photographs, ephemera, scrapbooks and loose newspaper clippings, and is broken down into five series. It documents his career as Mayor of Fall River, the projects he worked on, legislation he passed, and economic improvements made during his tenure as Mayor.
