Biographical / Historical
Alice Wolfe was born Alice Evelyn Ringold in 1896 in Springfield, Massachusetts. Her parents were Getta (or Gertie) Flatter and Alfred I. (or Isaac) Ringold. She married Yale Wolfe in 1921. They lived in New London, CT and New Bedford, Massachusetts and had 2 children, Gordon and Iris. Alice died in New Bedford in 1995
