Biographical / Historical
Collection of three scrapbooks compiled from clippings cut from Hollywood movie magazine published in the 1940s. Clippings include portraits of movie stars, articles about movie releases and biographical articles about various male and female movie stars. The third scrapbook was compiled by Assistant Professor of Art Margot Neugebauer, but the other two are not attributed. All three were acquired at the same time. Neugebauer was Assistant Professor of Art at New Bedford Institute of Textiles and Technology, Southeastern Massachusetts University, and UMass Dartmouth from 1955-1986.
