UMass Dartmouth course syllabi
Scope and Contents
Collection consists of one to two page course descriptions and syllabi for a variety of courses for the academic years 1967-1968, 1979-1980 and 1993-1995. Many academic disciplines are represented. The most complete set for any year are Nursing department syllabi for 1970. Arranged alphabetically by discipline and then chronologically within.

Biographical / Historical
Courses during the 1967-1968 academic year took place when the university was known as SMTI, or Southeastern Massachusetts Technological Institute. Courses during the 1979-1980 took place when the university was known as SMU, or Southeastern Massachusetts University. 1993-1995 course syllabi were transferred from the library reserve desk after they were no longer needed by students.
