American Society for Engineering Education, Engineering Libraries Division records
This collection contains annual conference materials (5 boxes), annual reports, records of business meetings, various committee records, membership information, division newsletters, executive committee records, engineering literature guides, membership directories, personal correspondence, publications, treasurers’ records, badges, photographs, and audio-visual materials.
New Bedford High School collection
This collection includes yearbooks, printed programs, school newspapers (The Crimson Courier), and a scrapbook compiled by Barbara Francis. It also includes report cards, photos, and newspaper articles relating to student Evelyn Hendricks, Class of 1937 and the papers of another graduate, Hazel Ramos (probably Class of 1941). The collection is an open series and may be added to at any time.
Southeastern Massachusetts oral history project files
Collection is divided into eight series, most according to oral history project. The collection includes several files of general oral history guidelines, as well as two boxes of original tapes.

Council of Women's Organizations of Greater New Bedford history project records
The collection includes administrative documents for the organization (minutes, agendas, financial records, correspondence), associate member records, member organization information and development information of community service projects. Included is a large assortment of photographs. Records of the Womens' Clubs and Organizations History Project and the personal church-related papers of Eloise V. Pina were incorporated from an earlier accession.

New Bedford Woman's Club and Junior Woman's Club records
Collection consists of meeting minutes, member handbooks, financial records, and scrapbooks documenting the New Bedford Woman's Club and its affiliate, the New Bedford Junior Woman's Club from 1899 through the 1970s. It is divided into 4 series: Series I is meeting minutes, history and annual member handbooks; Series II is Financial Records; Series III is Scrapbooks; and Series IV is the records of the New Bedford Junior Woman's Club.
Ralph Hickok sports research collection
Collection consists of booklets, pamphlets and information sheets on a variety of sports in North America, collected by the donor during the course of research for his book, "The encyclopedia of North American sports history," by Ralph Hickok, New York: Facts on File, 2002.
