Five-year Retention Study of Freshmen, 1985-1988

The collection consists of publications of the registrar, which include the general catalogue and course listings. Administrative files include faculty lists, some graduation lists, admission forms, sample transcripts and memos and mailings from the Registrar’s Office to students, staff and faculty across the university. Lists of graduating students included their social security numbers, which are private. Since this information is kept current by the Registrar’s office, and it is duplicated by the commencement programs and alumni directories, they were discarded. 2006 was the last printed General Undergraduate Catalog.
