Scope and Contents From the Collection: The collection consists of reports and revitalization plans created for Fall River, New Bedford, and, to a lesser extent, other towns in Southeastern Massachusetts. While it was once a current reference collection on this topic, it is now an historical snapshot of revitalization plans during the 1970s and 1980s.
